Course Enrollment and Payment
To enroll in a DirectingMastery course, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete registration information. You agree to pay all fees associated with the courses you enroll in, as outlined on the Site. Payment can be made through the accepted payment methods listed on the Site. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
DirectingMastery may offer various payment plans or financing options for certain courses. The terms and conditions of these payment plans will be provided at the time of enrollment. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to the course.
Refund Policy: Our refund policy is detailed on the Contact page. Please review it carefully before enrolling in a course. Generally, we offer a limited refund period for certain courses, subject to specific conditions. Refunds are not available for completed courses or after the refund period has expired.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of DirectingMastery or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your User-Generated Content, that your User-Generated Content is accurate, and that the use of your User-Generated Content does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity. You agree to indemnify DirectingMastery for all claims arising out of or relating to your User-Generated Content.
DirectingMastery reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. DirectingMastery takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User-Generated Content posted, submitted, or otherwise made available by users of the Site.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DirectingMastery makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site. You expressly agree that your use of the Site and Services is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, DirectingMastery disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. DirectingMastery does not warrant that the Site, its servers, or email sent from DirectingMastery are free of viruses or other harmful components. DirectingMastery will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
In no event shall DirectingMastery’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount you paid to DirectingMastery for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DirectingMastery, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site using your account.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DirectingMastery relating to the Site and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and DirectingMastery.
Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by DirectingMastery. The failure of DirectingMastery to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of DirectingMastery. DirectingMastery may assign these Terms or any of its rights or obligations hereunder without your consent.
